District Conference
April 27
The District Conference is a one day event this year and is being held at the Arvada Event Center.
Registration is online at:  Rotary5450.org.  The District Conference is the end-of-year event where our clubs get together and celebrate our achievements.  If nothing else, you can get the feeling of just how much larger Rotary is than just what our club does.  Our club allows $50 per member per year to attend any Rotary function.  John and Joyce are attending and would love to car pool.

Our Mayor Visits
Castle Rock Mayor Jason Gray visited our club last week and answered many questions.  Mayor Gray is also 20 year owner of Crow Foot coffee shop on Wilcox.

RYLA
We have sent in payment for one student to go to RYLA and one to go to Young RYLA.  Les and Lin will be working on reviewing applications.

Check Delivered
John and Joyce delivered our $3000 check to Home Builders Foundation yesterday.  Beth Forbes [center] is seen here accepting the check.  Home Builders Foundation was the designated beneficiary of our Cornhole Tournament to the tune of 30% of the net proceeds.  Beth will be visiting with us April 14 to thank us in person.
